Q. What are the photo frames made of?
A: These beautiful personalised photo frames are made from premium 6mm thick glass and are manufactured to a very high standard.
Q. Is the message printed on the glass frame?
A: No the message is actually engraved using a special high definition engraving process that is produced by hand to provide a very high quality finish.
Q. How hard is it to put my own photo into the photo frame?
A: it couldn't be simpler there is a door at the back, just slide the clips open and the the and the backing opens to reveal the opening for your photo. Just pop it in and close the back and clips.
Q. What languages can I write in?
A: We can engrave your Memento Photo Frames in any language. All the languages should be accepted and recognised as you type in the characters from your keyboard.
Q. What kind of logos can you engrave?
A: We have a lot of experience in glass engraving as we have been glass engraving for 12 years and also with our sister company Malridge Ltd
We can engrave crests and logos and special images in very high detail using our special high definition engraving techniques into the glass frame. You will be surprised at the fabulous results. However it is very important that the image you send us is good quality, because we cannot replicate your logo or crest if the artwork you send us is in low resolution or bad quality..
Q: What file formats are acceptable for my logos or crest to be engraved in?
A: We can accept almost any file format from you, such as BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, TIFF, EPS, PDF, AI, CDR, PSB, PCD, PBM, PGM, PPM, PNM, PFM, SCT, TGA, PDD, etc These are just a few of the most common graphic file formats available, If you are unsure please contact us and our skilled design team will be delighted to help / advise you in this area.
Q: What size should the file formats be?
A: To engrave them at high quality we need your image to be at least 300dpi
Q: Is there a charge for engraving our Logos or Crest?
A: We Do not charge extra for the engraving of Logos & Crests, or for text. However we do make a ONE TIME only charge of £10.00 to create your logo or crest onto our system, but after that there are no further charges.
So if you would like to use your logo or crest on both sides of your Memento Frames or should you wish us to add your crest or logo on to other Memento Frames that you will be ordering now or in the future, there will be no extra charge for engraving youir logo.
As mentioned it is just a onetime only charge of £10.00. If You have any other questions about this then please dont hesitate to contact us.
Q. How can I see what the prices are in Euros?
A: Press the € button or the £ whichever is appropriate currency you wish to look at, and the currency will automatically change.
Q. How Long Will My Order Take?
A: Subject to stock, we will usually despatch your completed order within 3-4 working days, but if you needed it quicker, then let us know this and we will try to make it for you quicker.
Q. How Will My Order Be Delivered?
A: Delivery is by Interlink, and once your photo frames has been dispatched it will be delivered in 24 hours if the delivery is in the UK.
